Six questions that come up most often. If yours isn't here, drop us a line at [email protected] — we read everything.

No. Points exist only inside WIZMA, on your browser. They're decoration — a way to track how often you've come back and how the wheel has been treating you. You can't withdraw them, transfer them, sell them, or convert them into anything outside the site. Anyone offering to "buy your tally" is running a scam, and we'd ask you to report it.

Because that's exactly when we lose track of you. The "I'm 18+" confirmation is stored in your browser's local storage, not on our server. Clearing site data wipes it, and the next visit treats you as a new user. We'd rather over-prompt than skip the check — under-18s shouldn't be on the site, and a tap every few weeks is a small price.

It's not a casino. There's no money in or out, no prize redemption, no withdrawal mechanism — and there never will be. It does borrow visual language from slot machines, because that's the genre we're working in. The reels, the spin button, the paytable: all the look, none of the financial loop. We've documented this carefully on our Play Responsibly page.

Most likely cause: your browser cleared its local storage. Possible reasons include a "clear browsing data" action, switching to a different browser or device, using private/incognito mode, or your OS running out of storage and pruning sites you visit rarely. We can't restore the tally — there's no server-side copy by design. The reset button on the game page will put you back at 7,500 points to start over.

Yes. The cookie banner asks about analytics — that's optional and the game runs fine if you reject it. The age confirmation and your points balance live in the strictly-necessary category and don't require consent (without them the site simply can't function). If you want zero persistence, use private/incognito mode and your tally will reset every time you close the tab.

First — well done for noticing. That awareness is most of the work. Practical steps: clear our site data so the tally resets and the page feels less sticky, block the domain in your browser's parental settings, or install a website blocker that hides the URL during work or sleep hours. If your relationship with games of chance has gone past entertainment, please contact BeGambleAware or GamCare — both are free, confidential, and don't require you to commit to anything by reaching out.
